Engage BAVC Media Registered Apprentices to create media storytelling projects for your organization. Apprentices are 18-24 year-olds from the Bay Area trained in digital marketing and media production, including cinematography, editing, interviewing, video for social media, sound recording, appropriate use of AI tools, and more.

Select a trained apprentice for 3, 6, or 8-month contracts. On-site, hybrid, and fully remote work site options are available.

With support from philanthropic and government partners, BAVC Media covers two-thirds of the cost of the apprentice training and wages, insurance, and payroll expenses. Employers provide great projects, on-the-job experience, feedback, and exposure to careers and work environments. This program helps launch young people who are often left out of media and tech careers, and employers meet their next hires!
