In June 2014, I took a huge leap and left a job I hated to wholeheartedly pursue my goal of being an illustrator and graphic designer. It was the scariest and best thing I've ever done.

I recall my relationship with Bay Area Video Coalition beginning in 1982 when I produced Art In The Park.  BAVC Media was one of the exhibiting artists groups who enhanced the event with their presence.  My awareness of BAVC Media's presence and impact in our communities has remained since that time.

I began my relationship with BAVC Media through the TechSF scholarship for the Motion Graphic Certificate. I had recently finished my MFA at California College for the Arts, where I created a number of hand animated films.
