Victor Chavez has been producing TV shows on Public Access TV since he was 20 years old. Now 30 years later and many life cycles over, he is back to his original passion of creating obscure and surreal entertainment for the public eye. Victor is a graduate of the SFSU Art Department and continues to work with video art and travel documentation.
