The Beastie Boys Live At The Kitchen In NYC 1983

The Kitchen is a non-profit art space in New York City originally founded in 1971 in Greenwich Village. It takes its name from its original location in the kitchen of the Mercer Arts Center. It was initially intended as a space for the exhibition of video art, the Kitchen soon expanded to include other forms of art including performance, exhibition, music and dance. Preservation Access Program: Round 4 Clipreel

The Preservation Access Program began with a generous grant from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) to offer subsidized video and audio preservation services to artists and small to mid-sized arts and cultural heritage organizations. This is a highlight reel of what BAVC Media Preservation was able to preserve in our 4th round of our Preservation Access Program in Spring of 2015.

The EcoCenter at Heron’s Head Park

The EcoCenter at Heron’s Head Park is a short documentary about the internship program at the EcoCenter, an off-the-grid building focused on environmental awareness and education. The internship, offered to high school and college students, gives youth from San Francisco the opportunity to gain hands-on experience regarding sustainability; specifically in terms of waste, water, and power.
