Our A3 Productions Content Producer works in partnership and assists the Director of A3 Productions with creating both compelling original commercial content and transformative internal content to advance AAA’s reputation and support business interests.  This position requires experience in quickly turning-around compelling and original digital content to drive and showcase A3 Productions and AAA’s brand. This opportunity will require you to develop, pitch, write, and produce digital content across multiple genres including, but not limited to, in-house filming, reality TV, documentaries, fully scripted film and television, executive communications, etc. This position will also bring an enthusiasm for the mission and philosophy of AAA and A3 Productions.


Essential Functions

Writing, producing and editing original digital content
Collaborates with colleagues on multimedia content creation through all phases of production, including strategic planning and presenting ideas for compelling content.
Drive the creation of and adherence to the planning process, acting as key lynchpin in delivering assets on time, on budget, and at the very highest standards of quality.
Preparing, managing and monitoring production budgets, resource trackers, project schedules, and ensuring all production admin and post-production paperwork is kept up to date and archived appropriately
Administrative support for A3 Productions to the achievement of AAA philosophy, mission and its annual goals and objectives
Resourcing, briefing and managing relationships with outside agencies, freelancers and consultants
Ensure that the established process of legal ownership of creative assets and contracting paperwork is tracked and maintained. Working closely with Legal on agreements, etc.
Develop transformative content for internal communications as needed
Assist with CEO Communications and Messaging for an internal audience
Assist with CEO content strategy for social media


Knowledge and Skills

Must be willing and able to travel while filming or on location
Strong interest in entertainment. Love of storytelling and the film and television production process is a must!
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and maintaining a professional attitude.
Effective time management ability, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be flexible, personable, have a positive attitude. Able to build effective relationships with all organization levels.
Self-starter with ability to think on your feet and anticipate issues before they happen.
Strong understanding of the creative process.
On camera experience a plus.
Expert storyteller and presenter.
Ability to demonstrate management of concepts and productions of a variety of sizes across several projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience

Bachelors in Film, Communications, or equivalent field
5+ years experience as a content writer, producer and/or editor in the entertainment industry, public relations, or journalism, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in writing, media production and public relations is required
