Join current artists-in-residence Erica Molesworth and Andrea Rodriguez as they discuss their respective practices and share work they’ve developed while in residence.

Molesworth has been developing a new video installation that is both speculative and documentary, which examines utopian projects and communities that attempted to recreate planet Earth in an effort to envision different futures and societal structures. Rodriguez has been working on VR case studies, which bring 24th Street’s famous murals to life by choreographing the rumba in a 360 degree environment in collaboration with Mission District-based dancers, musicians, artists, and longtime residents.

A reception with wine and snacks will follow.
