1.  WORKSHOP SERIES
Portfolio classes are guided sessions customized to fit your needs. You may want help building your portfolio, packaging it, promoting it or taking it to the next level--client relationship building. Some subjects covered include: how to create work samples, working pro bono to generate more assets, assembling a demo reel, portfolio template sites, uploading and embedding video, packaging your graphics for broadcast, promoting yourself through social networking sites, leveraging banner ads and animation, SEO, and best practices. 2.  ONE-TO-ONE
You receive 5 hours of expert mentorship.  You'll meet with your instructor to show them what assets you have (or what your existing portfolio currently looks like). You'll discuss where you'd like to be working and what your portfolio will need to look like in order to apply for the kinds of jobs you want. You'll be given assignments to achieve your desired goal and you'll have check-in benchmarks with your instructor to make sure you're on the right track. One-to-one time gets you help troubleshooting Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, social media, After Effects, Maya or Final Cut Pro questions. Ready to get started? Email edu [at] bavc [dot] org

3. OPEN LAB
10 hours of un-assisted lab access. You get full access to our computers equipped with the latest video editing, web design, and motion graphics software.  The end result? Your best foot forward with a portfolio to match! Note: Open Lab time is available Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-6pm.
