As of February 1, 2009, BAVC no longer accepts unsolicited Fiscal Sponsorship proposals.

In the face of growing competition, and the many organizations that offer lower fiscal sponsorship fees and equivalent support, we have decided  to refine and scale back our program to just a few invited projects per year that are connected to existing BAVC program initiatives. Invited projects will be approved on an individual basis.

There is a new online Fiscal Sponsorship Directory that provides comprehensive information on Fiscal Sponsor organizations locally and nationally: http://www.fiscalsponsordirectory.org. 

BAVC continues to offer professional development opportunities, grants, seminar programs, innovation salons, new media and technology consultations, subsidized postproduction services, technical support and certified classes for independent producers.
