You’ve chosen your class (or classes) and now you’re ready to jump into BAVC. There are lots of easy options for enrollment, so pick one below and get started. Online: Register for classes using our secure system (add classes to your cart in our online catalogue).
By Phone: Call BAVC’s Training Advisor at 415.558.2126
By Fax: Fax a registration form with credit card information to 415.861.4316.
By Mail: Send a registration form with a check or credit card information to:

Please note: If you mail your Registration Form, your space in a class is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation phone call from a BAVC enrollment advisor.
In Person: The only way to go if you travel cash-only. Swing on down to BAVC 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, and see the enrollment magic with your own eyes!
ETP Students: Those students enrolled through our Employee Training Program should contact BAVC’s Head of ETP Client Services, Dov Golodner, at dov[at]bavc.org or 415-558-2110 or Training Advisor Zoe Banks at 415-558-2126 or edu@bavc.org to sign up for classes.
A receipt detailing class information is mailed after registration. If any changes to class times or dates should occur, you will be notified immediately by phone.
Other Helpful Information
- Hey members! Don't see your member discount reflected online? Don't worry! You will receive your member price at the time your card is charged.
- Space is reserved only when paid in full.
- We strongly recommend signing up for classes as far in advance as possible. Please contact the Training Advisor at 415.558.2126 to see if a particular class still has available spaces.
- Not sure if a class will be too advanced for you? Check in with our Training Advisor to help determine if it's right for you. Unfortunately, we cannot refund class fees if you cannot keep up
- A working post-production facility, BAVC's suites and labs are kept at a relatively low temperature to protect our electronic equipment. The climate is ideal for machines, but a little on the cool side for humans, so we recommend dressing warmly for class.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received at least 7 calendar days before the start date of the class will receive 100% credit or 100% refund.
- Cancellations received fewer than 7 days before the class will not be credited or refunded.
- Credits expire one year after date of issuance.

Location
Classes are taught at the BAVC facility (2727 Mariposa St., 2nd floor), unless otherwise specified in the class description.
Street parking can be difficult in this neighborhood, so, we recommend public transportation, or, if you drive, be prepared to spend a few extra minutes finding a spot.
