Talking Art and Music with Pete Escovedo

at Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts
The legendary Pete Escovedo –who turned 76 years young in July –will be joined on stage with radio personality Sterling James (often heard on KBLX). The evening will be hosted by San Francisco Arts Commission Cultural Affairs Interim Director and renowned artist, JD Beltran. James will lead an on-stage chat with Mr. Escovedo about his esteemed musical career and his lifelong interest in the visual arts. This event is free and open to the public. RSVP seats are available for people with disabilities, seniors, and youth groups. All other seats will be available on a first come, first served basis on the evening of the event. We'll host a reception with a cash bar and light fare in the MCCLA Main Gallery following the talk (Admission $10).
